This privacy policy describes how CallPulse, Inc. (“CallPulse”, “we”, “our”) collects and processes personal information when you use our websites and applications.
1. Information we collect
- Account information: name, email address, password hash, role.
- Usage data: product events, API calls, error traces, IP addresses.
- Call content uploaded by customer administrators: recordings, transcripts, metadata.
2. How we use information
We use the information to operate the service, authenticate users, improve product quality, investigate abuse, and satisfy legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
3. LLM providers & data boundary
Call content is processed by third-party LLM providers strictly to deliver requested functionality (transcription, scoring, coaching tips). Each provider operates under a signed DPA and is contractually barred from using our customers’ content to train shared models. Customers may opt out of individual providers at any time.
4. Subprocessors
The current list of subprocessors is available on request to privacy@callpulse.ai.
5. Your rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. Customer administrators may also request full export or deletion of their tenant data from the dashboard.
